INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce or sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • Green onion for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chili sauces, and peanut butter. Set aside.
  2. place a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-low warmness. when the pan is hot, upload the oil and allow it to come up to 375 tiers F.
