GRILLED STEAK SALAD WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE

  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red onion , divided
  • 1 teaspoon finely diced fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-excessive.
