Simple crepes are anything but boring. sensitive and buttery, the possibilities for filling them are nearly limitless!

The days of Paul traveling for paintings are lengthy long gone, that is wonderful. He’s home extra! but terrible, due to the fact he doesn’t rack up frequent flyer miles. So, that 90 minute flight to Southern CA is now a six and a half of hour drive. BASIC CREPES

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the eggs and milk. Whisk within the salt, sugar, and flour till nicely blended; set batter apart to relaxation for 15 mins (don’t pass this step!) Whisk another time before cooking.
